The ECEPC Teams are formed to assist the ECE Programming Committee in management and delivery of specific goals and tasks based on five (5) strategic imperatives.

High-level view of the team activities:
Hand on the Pulse:Teams will utilize analytics and metrics to understand the ECE demographic and to better know how to engage their audience.
In the Know: Teams will report back on all information collected and programs developed.
Connection: Teams will keep connected to ECE members through their various goals and objectives.
Network: Teams are to liaise with other ECEs, ASME members, sectors, engineering societies, etc. by attending meetings/calls and gathering information on upcoming events and hot industry topics of discussion as needed for each team’s objectives.
Collaborate: Teams should also work with these groups to develop ECE programming within and external to ASME that involve ECEs.
Execution: Teams will participate in the execution of programs under their purview.

FutureME Digital Engagement
This team is focused on creating and implementing strategies to increase engagement with the early career community in an increasingly digital world. These strategies would also serve as the marketing engine for the FutureME platform.
FutureME Resource and Content Management
This team is responsible for the FutureME platform's content administration as well as the relaunch of all previous content into a modern format that's more easily accessible and adaptable to the current social media and online interaction channels.
FutureME Programs and Content Creation
This team is responsible for relaunching FutureME's legacy programs such as the Mini-talks, the FutureME Old Guard grant as well as creation of new programs that fulfill the continuously evolving needs of the community in terms of career and professional development.
FutureME Platform Product Development
This team is focused on the FutureME platform's implementation and continuous improvement after its initial release using the collected data, research, and statistical tools, providing the appropriate recommendations and changes to the developers.
